First morning with a Fasting Blood Sugar of 99! Not sure what's different, but DS had me up last night at 3:30 for awhile. Hope it stays low.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome job on the Blood Sugar! Have you lost additional weight? If so, that could account for the lower sugar level.

I'm slow-and-steady on the weightloss, and have lost 10% of my body weight since beginning. I guess the next few days will tell if that's the reason! Whatever it is, I'll take it! How are you doing?
