I have followed things reasonably well, but went to a baby shower yesterday and had a piece of cake. I'm sure that messed me up. At least it is only one lb.

I'm reading JJ Virgin's book and may try her methods in the future. I want to read the whole book first.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
