Felt I had a pretty decent week. Will try to do even better this week-want to keep the weight coming off..........Very cold here today-could not get warm added 1/2 oz whiskey to cafe mocha to try and warm up. Did do some gardening work-very windy.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
