Didnt follow 3000+ calories the last few days but still managed to weigh in when I woke up at 147lbs after 12 hours of sleep I woke up at 3:30PM had a few sips of water during the sleep as well no clothes on when weighed in. + 2.6lbs
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
