1743 kcal Fat: 43.49g | Prot: 97.65g | Carb: 252.43g.   Breakfast: Clarks Maple Syrup, Asda Semi-Skimmed Milk, Quaker Oat So Simple Big Bowl. Lunch: Peanut Butter, Wholemeal Bread,  Mayonnaise , Heinz Tomato Ketchup,  Bananas, Lizi's Granola, Lindahls Kvarg Vanilla, Sainsbury's Crab Sticks. Dinner:  Roasted Vegetables, Yeo Valley Fat Free Yogurt, Tesco Simple Side Salad,  Dry Couscous , Aldi 5% Lean Beef Mince. Snacks/Other: Rolo Rolo,  Bananas,  Apples. more...
