Coming off the Perfect Week Challenge. Gained over 2 lbs after stopping the challenge. I was really seeing the results when I was really disciplined with my nutrition plan. Considering doing the perfect week challenge every other week.
151.1 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
