A coworker brought in homemade coconut cake yesterday, so I thought I would be good and only have half a slice... Then I got home and polished off the rest of the Easter candy...
It's amazing how one bad decision can lead to another. And it was just one of those days where I told myself, well I'm already over by 500 calories, what's a few hundred more?
Ugh, I am not feeling too great this morning. Candy is not the best way to fuel your body for a cardio workout...
I WILL do better today!

I didn't get a bellyache, but I think all that sugar gave me a headache. Ugh, and I never feel better after a sweets binge... will I ever learn? lol
