136.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1019 kcal Fat: 39.93g | Prot: 87.06g | Carb: 93.19g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Skim Milk, Great Value Taco Seasoning,  Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat) , Ole Extreme Wellness Spinach & Herbs Tortilla Wraps, Kroger 100% Grated Parmesan Romano Cheese,  Fried Egg without Fat. Lunch: Dannon Oikos Triple Zero - Strawberry, Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette , Dole Green Onion, Great Low Carb Bread Company Great Low Carb Plain Bread,  Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Beef Meatballs,  Italian Salad Dressing ,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables,  Lasagna with Meat. Snacks/Other: Sports Research Collagen Peptides,  Apples . more...
