Worked out crazy hard, kept a close eye on my calorie intake and wah-la! Down a total of nineteen pounds and since the beginning of this journey I have eaten out four times!! Pretty impressive. Couldn't be happier
267.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
