Down only one pound, definitely doesn't reflect the five days i spent at the gym! Okay, only one hour each day but still. I suppose I should consider this a success, since last week was spring break meaning twelve hour work days for me. Sounds like it would burn calories but my 'work' really consists of being stuck in the home of my client for twelve hours and not a whole lot of moving. On top of that this past weekend was my birthday, and I did eat out at three different restaurants. So maybe a one pound loss with all those factors considered is a win, but I'm still bumming about it. I know its a slow process, but it's still so frustrating.
