Can't believe I ate like I did yesterday...nothing bad, just ate WAY too much junk and snacks...
URG!! Now I have 6 lbs that I need to lose in 5 days...
146.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
