This has probably been one of the most challenging weeks. Everyone is bringing in apple pies and ordering pizza's in good will of the holiday season and rewarding us for good work. After 4 weeks of having no processed foods. I gave into a piece of pizza, wow was I ever sorry I did that LOL. I definetly paid the price, but then again lost 2 pounds, so I guess it was a win/win. I am definetly getting used to this diet and the food selections that are available. I am going to be posting a chicken recipe I made this week that is very healthy, good for you and can be used in virtually anything without adding any extra flavoring to other foods.
337.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
