It was my birthday earlier this month, I did well that day, then there was a party at work and other celebrations since then, so I ate whatever I wanted. So much harder to come off than it is to put on. I am going to try exercising again next week mainly for my mental health.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
