Oh fiddle sticks. I haven't been tracking my intake of food very well. And i have been eating WAY too many calories. I have been giving into emotional eating for this past week. And i haven't been doing my excersise/strength training.

Today is a new day and i have more outside work to get done so lets step it up TabBe!
233.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
