Things up and down this week. Trying to keep my spirits up and stress down. My marital situation can bring me down, so I force myself to go for a walk or jog. It does help, so I need to keep it up. Thanks for all the positive energy sent my way.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Don't let anything steal your joy this week. Good job on taking control by going for a walk/ jog. I can't believe you've lost 127 lbs! I have to loose 27 lbs and you are an inspiration to me.
