I guess a .4 gain isn't too bad after having a hot dog and a cupcake at a bday party last Sat. I do need to work on things better though. I would love to see 103 again . I'm not even trying to get back to a 100 . I'm just trying to maintain between 103 and 104.
105.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
