Maintained. Better than a gain (I'd of deserved one!).
175.5 lb Lost so far: 120.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1900 kcal Fat: 40.81g | Prot: 157.03g | Carb: 221.27g.   Breakfast: Tesco Skimmed Milk, Quaker Oat So Simple Big Bowl. Lunch: Heinz Salad Cream,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Warburtons Protein Thins,  Pea and bacon soup. Dinner:  Cajun dirty rice, Spinach. Snacks/Other: Asda Digestive Biscuits, Tesco Watermelon, Cadbury Animal Biscuits, Nestle Kvarg Raspberry,  Bananas . more...
