It's been a crazy week at work. Usually is after a holiday but i wasn't expect it to be this chaotic. I have to go out of town for work tomorrow, sorting parts sounds exciting.

I've been having trouble getting enough food the past couple days, I've not been hungry. I know I need to eat .... but, I'm just not hungry. I'll have to try and write everything down during the next week and see if that helps.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Yes! Great idea. I never used to food journal, but now that it's become habit, it's great. I can trend when I'm eating a lot to low emotional moods or hormones. Good luck, Auntshell. It takes some work but I'm confident you can do it. Once you get into a grove/habit, it'll become second nature. Go Greenies!
