Trying but with so much mouth pain it is difficult to eat on plan. Cold dairy feels so much better in my mouth. I burned my mouth really bad on some hot crabmeat dip Thursday and I am due for a root canal tomorrow. Yikes! Any ideas on what I can eat that is Atkins friendly, cold and soothing???
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
