1157a Weight in at 230.4 after workout & shower. Happy to say I finally got on some type of eating schedule (Breakfast before noon,Lunch 4/5p,Dinner 945/10p) not the best but consisting the time I get off of work & go to bed it's working so far
230.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
