Well my body and scale are playing mind games with me now. lol. But I am still half a pound down from my plateau weight, so I'm happy about it. I would have waited a little longer to weigh in too, but I have company coming over in about 2 hours and I need to pick the living room up and sweep in there before they get here and of course get myself dressed and eat something. lol. I think tomorrow the scale will be lower again. I've been doing this lose 2-3 pounds, gain 1-2 pounds back, then slowly it comes off like 1/2 pound at a time.

A little sore today from the gym, but not too bad. :)
298.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I's sorry, but my weight keeps doing that too, lose a good bit then gain back a little then lose again. Weird but as long as it's a downward trend I'm good with that.

Me too sister. XD As long as it keeps on moving down, I'm happy even with a little loss at a time. :)I still have loads more energy and I'm far more active than I use to be. And I know I've got to be loosing a bit more than the scale shows. Still having some digestive issues. -__- Some days I don't hardly go, others I can't stay out of the bathroom. Darn post gallbladder issues. lol That and the new diet is probably tripping it up. I'm also thinking if I ate something really greasy it would flush my system out. But just thinking of the calories for doing that makes me cringe. lol. Anywho, off to sweep the kitchen and wipe down counters before the peoples get here.
