🙄 was expecting a bigger gain to be honest . . . back on plan I go!!
175.5 lb Lost so far: 120.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1508 kcal Fat: 36.05g | Prot: 104.14g | Carb: 204.59g.   Breakfast: Quaker Oat So Simple Big Bowl, Tesco Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Boiled Potato, Aldi Light Mayonnaise, Tesco Simple Side Salad,  Cous cous burger. Dinner:  Spag bol,  Roasted veg, Tesco Finest Tenderstem Broccoli. Snacks/Other: Gala Apples, Oranges , Nestle Kvarg Raspberry , Bananas . more...
gaining 4.5 lb a week
