Not sure what's going on here...I'm gaining and losing the same couple pounds this week. Is this the same as a plateau do you think? What do I do to get back to losing again?
271.4 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Its too short for a plateau sometimes it happens. Have you been stressed? Anything at all different? Bathroom issues or sodium intake? Sometimes it happens to me where I level out for a few days then it poofs and I get big burst. Like this past weekend. Nothing at all. But im sure in a day or so I will have a big loss. Sometimes all it takes is a macro nutrient shift for me. More protein or carbs for a day. But a week is nothing to stress over too too much! Just keep doing what you are doing you are doing great it will work itself out!

Yeah, it will work itself out. My scale stays the same, then goes up a little and then finally after a few days or even a week I will have lost. My body holds on to weight and it takes about a week of perfect diet and exercise to budge the scale.
