Struggled a bit yesterday making food for everyone else. Trying to keep a heart of service and not get frustrated about needing to make myself something different. However, I should be easier since I was about to meal plan for most of the week.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It takes some restraint at first, to feed others, but once you get the hang of it, It gets easier and easier to prepare and serve people. Stay strong.
