Yesterday I ate Pizza, crisps and drank red wine. Today I had a leek, chicken and ham pie then a carrot cake. I was doing so well!! I am upset with myself. But it's done and I just need to get over it. It's done. I will exercise tomorrow and work hard to stay below 1400 calories to reduce my weight.
