1151 kcal Fat: 42.68g | Prot: 78.84g | Carb: 125.88g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Tesco Medium Eggs, Tesco Strawberries, Honey, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Bisto Gravy Granules, Birds Eye Field Fresh Petit Pois, Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Carrots, Green String Beans, Tesco Gammon. Dinner: Asda Gammon Joint , Vegetable Soup. more...

Yep! Need to build more muscle mass. Trying my best to do cardio at least twice a week n swimming

Do you have a weight training program?

I am all for swimming and cardio but I would add in some weights too, if you have time.

I dont have a program as such . I refuse to join a gym ! I follow joe wicks programmes on u tube stated with beginner work outs now on to level 2( think theres 6 levels ) will do same exercise for about 4 weeks once or twice a week then move on to next level . Think I might purchase a kettlebell as joe wicks also does lots of various exercises. Plus swimming x
