Here we go again. Don't know why I can't do healthy things for myself.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sometimes when I don't have the motivation to get projects done, I make a list of things I need to do. When I check the list off, I reward myself. In the past, I've rewarded myself with books, shoes, candles, mani/pedi, movie night, etc. Start with a small list of healthy things to do. walk more, dance, purge unhealthy foods, meal prep. Just offering some advice :)
