It is amazing to me that just cutting out the JUNK carbs, and bumping up the fat along with some protein, has resulted in 10 pounds lost since January 26th. Yes, I know, some of it is water, and that's OK. Never hungry, think more clearly, and actually just feel better. :D
127.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
