Gained a bit of weight - off of induction. It is to be expected though. Yesterday evening I had extra carbs as a friend she invited me over for take-out food she'd ordered. I'm exercising but not enough to make a difference I think. In the next month or two I will be joining a gym probably. My back is bothering me a lot today from the arthritis - it has been bad since June and I'm not looking forward to a long winter. I'm hoping for mild weather! Will do totals for week later...P.S. Ate vegetables this week as suggested - lots of salads! Monday - 40 carbs Tuesday - 18 carbs Wednesday - 20 carbs Thursday - 25 carbs Friday - 55 carbs Saturday - 180 carbs Sunday - 12 carbs Waist - 37" Chest - 41" no change. Did exercising for the week. No time for recipe challenge this week, and failed challenge as I ate too many carbs yesterday. But I was successful getting back on track as a friend called me up to order ice cream sundaes today at a local ice cream shop where she was picking them up and I said no. I'm seriously avoiding sugar. Of course I could cheat constantly, but where am I going to end up long term doing that? I'm thin now and plan to stay that way, and if I gain more weight this week it'll be back to induction for a week or two. :)
