I've had some blank days but I guess they've balanced out. I haven't been exercising all that much but I've been doing leg raises at work and exercises while watching tv like jump roping for a couple minutes or crunches during commercials so I guess that helped more than I counted on. Friday and Saturday were of course bad b/c I spent them with my boyfriend...bad food influence and he knows it lol. Another day, time for a new start.
