Just had to start again
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

450 kcal Fat: 4.16g | Prot: 56.15g | Carb: 86.26g.   Lunch:  Walden Farms Sugar Free Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup, Konjac Powder, GG Crispbread, Miracle Noodles, diet grape juice, Ginger, Cabbage, Apples, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat). Dinner: Shrimp, Walden Farms Sugar Free Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup, GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbread, Miracle Noodles, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Strawberries. Snacks/Other: Walden Farms Dressing, Baby Spinach. more...

Welcome Back Buddy! This diet as srict as it is and as crazy as some of the rules seem to others really has been the best diet that I have ever been on. Even when I am not losing much on the scale I can the inches being lost. Good luck Star!! I know you can do this!!Ellie

Yes the diet itself is so simple to me though...You just follow all the rules and it works...it is the after where I have all the problems. Good luck with p3 and have fun. I will be just doing my best.
