Haven't been this low since August, pretty excited!!
Dogsitting this weekend, so I will get plenty of exercise with my sis's 3 shih tzus. They're a handful, but sweet. I would enjoy the walks more if it wasn't so dang cold!!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
