I know I shouldn't weigh in two days in a row. But I couldn't resist seeing if I had maintained the 191 range... and it was 190.0!!! Thirty pounds! *happy dance*
190.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thirty pounds is fantastic! Go pick up a 30# bag of dog food in a store somewhere so it can really sink in how much lighter you are!

Not sure if you remember the weight comparison chart or not, but that is equivalent to: a sperm whale's brain, a human head, a chihuahua, and a Guinea pig! Congrats on ridign yourself of all that dreaded weight.
