Happy Hump Day
I think I might have to go & get one of these 'gucci' scales. Just to see what is going on. I have these old mechanical one, but I usually weigh on LBs digital ones. But they only weigh in half kilo increments. Would really like to see my muscle/ fat ratio. Bodypump was tough last night. Its always tough when we do a new routine for the first time, & I normally lower my weights for it. But I stuck with my normal weights & even went higher for the tricep track! The evening meal consisted again of pheasant curry, this time with a little rice. I am really pleased that I have given up my usual glass(or two) of wine. I sleep so much better now (altough not last night) & I feel a lot less puffy! I think a tipple has a lot to answer for!
I might have to see my physio again :(. For the last week or so I keep on having this pain in my back, well left lower back, were my kidney is. James stretched it last thursday & it felt fine after that. But it came back when I lifted weights on monday & its been getting steadily worse. Hey hoo. Oh & we just booked a little holiday. Sunny Dorset, here we come :). Its not til the second week in May, but I can't wait to get away for a few days! Happy Days :)

LOL...I didn't think they would make me thinner, i just think it would be good to know how my body is composed. I used to be a lot lighter when I was younger, but bigger. We do eat pheasant a lot, well as long as we got some in the freezer ( shooting season finished on the 1st of Feb & won't start til September), its just like chicken but the meat is darker & much leaner.
