I completed all the goals I set for myself yesterday. :) I danced for an hour, had a salad at lunch, and got in all my reccomended doses of fiber and protein. :D Back under 300lbs today. :3 And very happy with it. I am very tired this morning, but that's my own fault for staying up til 3am reading. XD I'll go to bed early tonight.

Jules woke up happy this morning, so I'm hoping today will be a better day than yesterday. Nothing much on the burner today. I'll probably do some house work, dance some, and maybe hit the park in the afternoon with the monster. ^.^
299.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
