seems like the new weight wont chnge for me im down 225.5 now yea
225.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Amazing how just a little bit of weight being gone makes you feel soooo much better! I feel so good after a week on Atkins I wish I could lose 10 lbs every week lol!

Well I still have pounds to go before I am done but I love the better feeling that I have right now. It will keep me going.
