Today I'm a little discouraged because I gained a bit of weight and I stuck to my diet, but I didn't eat my diet the way I should have yesterday. I ate a meal too close to another one because hubby wanted to go out to eat. So I just need to make sure that I don't eat my meals so close together. I WILL DO BETTER TODAY!!! I will not let this defeat me. THE BIGGEST LOSER comes on tonight so that will be fun and inspiring.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 166.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Eating close together is not so bad so long as you eat LESS! Since you were probably less hungry a salad or soup might have been more than enough to make you feel satisfied. Good job for climbing right back up on that ole wagon!

I think it is a slippery slope to weigh in everyday. When you weigh in every day you could be seeing hormonal flucuations that can freak you out and discourage you. You are doing great! Pick a day of the week to weigh in and then hide that scale! You rock!
