What goes up must come down! Hooray for me as I brought the number back down! Generating Energy each and every day takes practice and a lot of effort but it is so worth this energized feeling!

Looking back at those four days that I recently went off track I see now it was an experiment that I didn't realize I was doing until this very moment. Tuesday, I put my know how into practice, revved up my engine, and started working toward generating daily energy. Yesterday, I had to really push through it as I felt tired pretty much all day but went to bed early, slept in today, went to the gym, weighed in and guess what? TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
