2650 kcal Fat: 132.12g | Prot: 204.97g | Carb: 192.10g.   Breakfast: Egg, Lean Ground Turkey, Sweet Potato , 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch: Mushrooms, olive oil, red onion, canned salmon, cherry tomatoes, mango, Avocados , Baby Spinach. Dinner: gluten free pretzels, walnuts, mango, cranberries, quest bar, chicken and brocolli. Snacks/Other: swiss cheese, paleo bread, quinoa and kale quiche, almond milk, whey protein. more...
