Stinko weekend, but on track now. Why is it so easy to just forget all my hard work on the weekend?? I have to stop relaxing with food. Stress high, that is part of the problem-working on that, too. Challenge soon to begin, counting net carbs will be good. Many more carbs in some things than I thought. This will be an eye-opener. Looking forward to some good new recipes.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it's because when we are at work, it keeps us mentally and physically busy. On the weekends, if I don't get out of the house, I will sit around with the kids, watch tv and eat(my husband works on Saturdays). Good Luck, with your new challenge!!!!!!!!!!!
