Hi, everyone! Emily here, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I'm a happy mom of 1 - and currently she's enough for me! My daughter is awesome and has been the biggest joy and inspiration in my life!

I work full time as an Office Manager and attend school part time to finish my degree in Business. I don't have much time for marathon training, although I keep signing up! Next month I'll be completing my 4th marathon of 2008. I hope to lose another 5 lbs before the end of October. The less weight I carry, the easier the running!

I really dig this site. I think it's great to see so many people working toward a common cause! We can, and do, have control!!

I'm still pretty new so there's a lot that I have yet to check out. I use the diary logs all the time. I'm impressed with the database of food items. I also very much enjoy finding great new healthy recipes. If you have one that you think I ought to try, please pass it on!

ISO High Carb Recipes... please help!
Hi! I'm looking for any recipes that yield at least 20g of carbs / 100 calories.

I prefer complex carbs: high in carbohydrates, low Glycemic Index. Not picky though.

I graciously appreciate your help or suggestions!
