285.7 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 105.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1429 kcal Fat: 33.04g | Prot: 39.38g | Carb: 247.10g.   Breakfast: Light butter, Raisins, Oatmeal. Lunch: Sun chips, Lean cuisine alfredo pasta. Dinner: Pineapple Sherbert, tomatoes, Lettuce,  Catalina dressing. Snacks/Other: Grape Jelly, Peanut butter, wheat bread, light pringles. more...
