I have been tracking my food faithfully. I am trying to keep my sodium down to 2500mg and calorie down to 2000. Doctor John has taken me off of celebrix and mortin and my weight has dropped from 252 to 246 in 3 days. I expect to drop about two pounds a day until all the water weight is gone.

here is my calories and sodium for the past three days.
1507 calories 1877 sodium
2200 calories 2707.5 sodium
1951 calories 4592 sodium

I highlight the foods with high sodium and will try and stay away from them from now on.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is great. Maybe now that I have the calories right, I should watch my sodium too.
