Slight gain this time. Can't say I'm too surprised.
The conference I went to on Sun-Tue included meals from dinner on Sunday through lunch on Tuesday. Much of it was NOT foods I would have eaten at home.
I had thought of picking up some supplies and either eating in my room or even brown-bagging it to the table during meals. But there was no fridge in the room and that would really have been a PITA.
I could have also ducked out and gone to Subway, etc. for meals. However, the interaction with others between sessions is one of the main reasons I go. Also, many of the meals also have something else going on.
In the end I just tried to work on portion control and make decent choices.
I'm sure glad I completely avoided the elevator despite being on the 4th floor. I'm sure it would have been more than a 0.4 lb gain.

You did GREAT, I woulnd't even consider that a gain! Sounds interesting, I love going to those type of things and interacting. Haven't done it in quite a while. Hope you can get on track now! Happy wekend!!!

Yeah, I was surprised it was so little. I had a few beers in addition to the extra food. I guess between the stairs, walking (about 3 miles) and getting back on track when I returned, I avoided the kind of gain I would have had in the past.
I could have just decided that I had blown my week already after the first night and just pigged out with the plan to start over after today's weigh in. That is the kind of thing I probably would have done in the past. I also would probably have put back on 5-10 lbs by today.
