I was really hoping my weight would have gone down more than this, but I weighed yesterday for my own knowledge, not to record it, and I was up a pound and a half, so I am happy going down at all.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
