Intermittent fasting has been going well, I originally started with a weigh in on January 3rd of 215 so it’s gradually coming off. I’ll up my game in the gym and know the pounds down to try and hit a close 200 by the 31st.
208.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
