Good afternoon. It's been a rollercoaster with water weight and going out to dinner twice in one week. Keto and I didn't do well together. I stopped taking the pills. Finding out what works and what doesn't. Old fashioned exercise and monitor what I eat seems to still be the best remedy. Back to the regiment after a bout of being sick with whatever is going around. Stay healthy!!!
