Went to a very enjoyable wine tasting last night. But it caused some cheating (crackers and too much wine). Still, my weight was 179 today so I am happy!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
