I started Medifast on February 16th.
I lost 9 1/2 pounds my first week, 1 1/2 pounds my second week, and 2 pounds my 3rd week.
I'm enjoying the diet, although I've been having issues with lightheadedness.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
