i weighed myself with cloths on and 1 coffee in.some how 2 days of exercise and mostly eatting right.lots of water.i dont feel any lighter.i just wish i could get re-motivated.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Don't wait for motivation. It doesn't always come. Just do it. Don't even give it a thought. Just get up and do it..lol That's what works best for me.
